Read Formative Spaces in your tools

Use a feed reader or a compatible assistant to find already-published reporting. Every result links back to the article on Formative Spaces.

Choose an address

Paste a feed address into your reader, or the MCP address into an app that supports remote MCP connections. The addresses are also ordinary links you can select and copy.

MCP endpoint

https://www.formativespaces.com/api/mcp

MCP uses public, read-only Streamable HTTP. It requires a compatible client; opening its address in a browser does not create a connection.

Try these requests

  • “Find recent Formative Spaces reporting that mentions school funding.”
  • “Show me the current dated Formative Spaces daily brief.”
  • “Read the full article and show its sources and original link.”

The daily brief uses the current day in America/New_York and may be empty. Search covers published Newsroom headlines and summaries. Topic tools return existing Topic summaries. Research reports, district filtering, and exhaustive change history are outside this release.

Connecting an assistant does not enable alerts. Recent-publication queries do not replay corrections or deletions, and a timestamp alone can miss backdated reporting. Developers should overlap time windows and periodically reconcile current results.

Compatibility and developer details

Your app, account, and administrator determine whether custom connections are available. This endpoint supports MCP 2026-07-28 and the stateless 2025-11-25 fallback. The release is tested with a standards client; consumer account flows remain untested.

ChatGPT, Claude, and Grok publish custom-connection guidance, but this release has not been tested inside those products. Meta Muse, Instinct, and directory integrations are deferred. No official integration or automatic monitoring is implied.
