AI literacy in curriculum-framework review
California requires the Instructional Quality Commission to consider AI literacy in specified framework revisions and instructional-material reviews.
Who and what it covers
The duty covers the Instructional Quality Commission’s mathematics, science, and history-social science frameworks and materials. It applies at the next specified revisions or adoptions after January 1, 2025.
